This 18-acre site was purchased in January 2020. Winslow is a Tier 1 settlement in Aylesbury Vale and is located in the Ox-Cam growth arc which has been identified nationally as a location for economic growth. As part of this growth, Winslow will be on the new East to West Railway linking Oxford to Cambridge and Milton Keynes and is scheduled to gain a new railway station in 2023.

Landchain is proposing a landscape focused residential development on part of the site that will offer best practice design and community benefits to the Town.
