In conjunction with Ipsus Developments, this disused office building was previously owned by Wandsworth Council and was purchased on a Subject to Planning basis.

Landchain and Ipsus were selected due to our ability to maximise the density and value of the site whilst retaining a strong focus on design. We received planning consent for a contemporary scheme of 57 residential units over 8 floors and the scheme was completed in 2021.
