This site consists of 80 acres of strategic development land alongside the M1 motorway which LANDCHAIN will be promoting for redevelopment along with our Joint Venture partners Inverock Limited and Drummond Trust.
In 2009 Leicester City Council received planning permission on the adjoining site for a 1000 parking space Park and Ride with associated facilities.
The exceptional infrastructure and surrounding future development proposals made the site an exciting prospect for strategic promotion and in 2018 the site was allocated by Blaby District Council for employment generating uses. A planning application has been submitted for over one million sq ft of floorspace which will create over 2000 new jobs.
