This site was purchased unconditionally in 2012.

Previously owned by Peugeot Plc this site was occupied by the Robins and Day car dealership and was located in Lambeth’s KIBA (Key Industrial and Business Area).

LANDCHAIN obtained planning consent for redevelopment of the site consisting of 79 residential units and 3149 Sq M of commercial space including offices, retail and cafe.

The sustainable and contemporary design complimented the surrounding area with landscaped community gardens and a mews of modern family townhouses with PV panels & CHP systems.

The site was sold and developed in conjunction with Notting Hill Housing Trust.
